8:00am - Blended
A thematic worship service using a variety of music styles.

9:30am - Traditional
A traditional service full of familiar and inspiring hymns, using one of the classic Lutheran liturgies as found in the Lutheran Service Book.

11:00am - Contemporary
An expressive style of worship using guitars, piano, drums and vocalists.

Spotlight on Outreach (SOO)

When it began last year, Spotlight on Outreach brought an awareness to our congregation of the many opportunities within the Twin Cities to share Christ’s love with those who desperately need it. We learned that it is His love that clears out the bitterness, the brokenness, the need. That’s what He did when he healed the blind, the lame, the sick, the possessed. He didn’t care if they were Jew, Gentile, or Samaritan. He reached out in love because of their need. It is this love that really is what our Spotlight on Outreach is all about. And that’s what we hope you will do in the coming months.

This year, you will see more opportunities to leave the comfort of your own space and physically travel to share Christ’s love with others who desperately need it. We will introduce several new ministries and repeat some of the more “popular” ones.

New ministries for this year include Kids Against Hunger, TreeHouse, Crisis Nursery, Mt. Oliver Rolling Acres, His House, Kenya Children’s Fund, and Meals on Wheels.
Those we are repeating this year include Grace International Lutheran Church, ICA Food Shelf in partnership with Our Savior Lutheran School, AlphaCitiCorp, Operation Minnesota Nice.
Opportunities introduced last year are still available at the Healing House women’s shelter, New Life Family Services, Mary’s Wish, and the CAP Agency.

Remember that, while we "spotlight" one outreach focus for each
particular month, you can serve any of these organizations at any time!

It is our hope that you and your family will select at least two ministries at which to personally volunteer as well as support with your prayers, your financial contributions and/or donation of items on their “needs list.”

You may be surprised at the lives you might change, including your own!
