Senior Youth Ministry

Our Savior Youth Ministry (OSYM) is first and foremost focused on providing a place for youth to be involved in learning about the love of Jesus Christ.  That being said, once the youth reach senior high we really take that a step further and challenge them to make their relationship with Jesus personal.  Whether we are going out on an activity such as paintball, or hanging out in the youth room on Wednesday nights for hang time, we always make sure that the message of Christ is being shared.  We invite you to come and spend some time with us.  We hope it is a place where you can feel at home and still grow ever stronger in your walk with Christ!

FEBRUARY SENIOR HIGH YOUTH STUFF

February 5- Youth are taking over 11 o’clock worship!  Okay, so maybe TAKING OVER may be a little strong, but we have the opportunity to help the worship team lead the congregation in worship.  Cool, right?  Whether you want to play drums, piano, guitar, bass, sing, run powerpoint or sound- we need all types!  Let me know ASAP if you want to help!

February 12, 10:30-10:55 a.m. Our first meeting about the summer 2012 Joplin Mission Trip will be in the Youth Room!  Come for more info on the trip!

February 24-25- DARE2SHARE GAMEDAY CONFERENCE!  All Senior High- you are not going to want to miss this!  We are in a competition every day as part of the Kingdom for the souls of our friends.  Throughout this weekend, we will be diving into 2 Timothy 4:1-8, being equipped to GO.  FIGHT.  WIN.  Sign up with Jenessa ASAP for this awesome weekend.  (We will also be staying at OSLC on the night of the 24^th, so be prepared for night games and fun!)
