Worship is important in the life of any Christian. To help enhance the worship experience, Our Savior uses PowerPoint sermon outlines, video clips, dramas, and member testimonies.

The Lord’s Supper
Our Savior Lutheran offers the Lord’s Supper (or Holy Communion) on the second and last Sunday of each month.
Regarding the Lord’s Supper, we recognize the real presence of Christ’s body and blood in, with, and under the bread and wine. We accept that Jesus Christ, true God and true Man, has given us this sacrament as a means of grace by which we receive, by faith, complete forgiveness of sins. We believe that only those who are baptized into the Christian faith, examine themselves, repent of their sins, and believe in Jesus Christ as Savior receive the benefits of this sacrament.
Children are important
Children and young people are vital to the life of today’s congregation. When you worship at Our Savior, you will find a children’s bulletin available for children 5 years and older and activity bags for younger children.
A staffed nursery for children 2 years of age and younger is provided for all services. For convenience (and peace of mind), parents are given “pagers” to have in worship in case there is ever a problem or if the child has a need.
(Beginning September 18) At the 8:15am & 10:45am services, all children age 3 through 2nd grade are invited to go to Children’s Church during the sermon. They will be taught a lesson based on the same theme as the sermon, but at their level. The children return to their parents after the sermon, during the offering.
Our Savior is fully handicapped accessible with ramps and an elevator to provide access to all levels.
You can see many past sermons on this web site at Past Sermons. Sermon outlines are also included when they are available.
If you live in the Shorewood/Lake Minnetonka area and have cable access, you can watch the most recent 2-3 sermons on local Mediacom Cable, channel 12. They are broadcast twice each Monday – once at 7:00am and again at 7:00pm.
You can also watch this broadcast over the internet. Since this is “live” streaming technology, the service can only be accessed while it is airing (Mondays at 7:00am or 7:00pm). To view this broadcast, go to www.lmcc-tv.org, click on the Community TV tab at the top, click on the LMCC 12 logo, and then click where it says Channel 12 Live Stream.
